Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Lead

Position Overview:

As a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships lead, you’ll be responsible for identifying, building and executing on consulting and product based partnerships that generate new business and deliver on growth plans. In this role, you will own the full partnership lifecycle - from identification through to execution. 

You will be responsible to: 

  • Lead the development and execution of Prolexity’s partnership strategy

  • Structure, negotiate, and operationalize strategic partnerships that accelerate product innovation, consulting services access to broad markets and industries

  • Develop business cases to inform partnership decisions

  • Manage a portfolio of partnerships, ensuring alignment to business goals, co-selling, resourcing, and measurable outcomes

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for key partners, including C-level stakeholders

  • Travel up to 30% of the time in support of Partner, Channel & Customer initiatives.

Required Experience:

  • Experience managing the full partnership lifecycle—strategy development, sourcing, deal execution, onboarding, revenue attainment & performance

  • Proven success in structuring, negotiating, and operationalizing product and channel partnerships that drive measurable business impact

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including comfort building and interpreting business cases and ROI models all with a data-driven mindset

  • Understanding of product development cycles and technology integration processes, with the ability to translate partner needs into actionable plans

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, leading initiatives with limited precedent and high visibility

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills including comfort presenting to executive audiences
