Senior Account Executive, Salesforce

Position Overview:

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and growth for Prolexity’s Salesforce Consulting practice. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities focused on Salesforce consulting projects and managed services.  You will be responsible for jointly developing and attaining annual sales targets and will work closely with operations teams to scope, quality and deliver.

You will be responsible to: 

  • Develop and own relationships. Whether leveraging existing contacts or creating new ones, you’ll build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across industries.

  • Drive the Sales Process.  From prospecting to closing, you’ll lead end-to-end sales cycles, showcasing the power of Prolexity’s Salesforce expertise.

  • Engage at the Executive Level. Call on C-suite executives and Salesforce sales leaders to position Prolexity as their go-to strategic partner.

  • Build a Scalable Sales Engine. Design, test, and refine messaging, processes, and outreach strategies to establish a repeatable and scalable sales motion.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is a strategic thinker, self-starter, builder and proven closer. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, finds creative solutions, embraces perseverance, quota attainment and hard work.  

Required Experience

  • Proven success in selling Salesforce services/solutions, either at Salesforce, a Salesforce Partner, or within a comparable role.

  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth sales environments, preferably in the consulting services sector.

  • A strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing customer relationships.

  • Experience creating and delivering compelling presentations and SOWs..

  • The ability to work closely with Salesforce teams and leverage the partner ecosystem to drive deals.

  • A passion for technology, business transformation, and delivering exceptional client value.
